Mome-goto, Jyuutai, Getsuyoubi

So yeah. It's been a while huh? I almost forgot I had this thing. Huh.

So. I think it's due time I explain why I've been away for so long. No, I have not left on a trip of epic proportions to discover myself. Well kinda, but not really.

Things have been quite busy at the lab. As you may or may not know I'm a bit of a collector, and my collection has been steadily growing since January:

This guy is from Bandai's line of Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy action figures, and I've been looking for him for a very long time. I've always regretted not grabbing him when the show first came to the states, so I was glad to have add him to the squad. Plus, I now have something to rep one of the greatest series ever published in JUMP.

By sheer luck, I found this guy in Chinatown around New Year's, and he was cheaper than you'd usually find him online. I had to add him to the squad. Besides, he's Dante. You can't say no to Dante. If you look carefully, you'll notice that next to him is Viewtiful Joe, another character from a Clover Studios production.

This is Old Snake, appropriately poised for action on my PS3. MGS is such an epic franchise.

This is Kyo Kusanagi rocking his KOF '94-'98 attire. He's my favorite SNK character (next to Kula Diamond), and is the only character I can properly use in KOF anymore.

This is my mini Hall of Armor. I've got armors from the movies, the comics, and even the Armored Adventures animated series. In truth, there's nothing really new here as I've had these guys for a while now. But hey, I get to show off my Iron Man goodies, so that's all that matters.

This is Deadpool. He is tied for the honor of "favorite Marvel character" with Iron Man. He is also hilariously cool.

This is the lovely Azusa Nakano, guiarist of the band Ho-kago Tea Time, in nendoroid form. As you can see, she comes with her Fender Mustang and an amp, so she's ready to rock out wherever you want to display her.

This is digital diva Miku Hatsune, in nendoroid form. She’s all about the music and the twintails, two things that I have a soft spot for.

This is the basic version of Shakugan no Shana's Shana as a Figumate by Konami. Shana is one of my favorite characters. That's all that really needs to be said.

This is the blazing hair/eyes version of Shakugan no Shana's Shana as a Figumate by Konami. Gotta have both the normal and fiery versions of Shana. That's just the way it is.

This Shakugan no Shana's Shana eating a melon bread, as a Figumate by Konami. Shana's not Shana unless melon bread is involved. I also find it pretty cool that the Shana Figumates have a mini Fuuzetsu etched into the stands.

This is Shakugan no Shana's Shana in Figma form. Figmas are pretty cool, since they're very detailed and very poseable. Shana here is no exception, and she looks very hot here (pun intended).

This is the MegaMan from the Star Force series of MegaMan games for the DS. The figure looks great, and even comes with a small virus figure (pictured by MegaMan's right foot). He also comes with some bullets in case you want to bust some wave viruses (or your friends).

This is another shot of Star Force MegaMan with MegaMan.EXE, who has been in my collection for a very long time. I think they look pretty slick together. Too bad Operate Shooting Star never came stateside. I was really looking forward to it.

This is the basic armored version of MegaMan X, from Bandai's legendary Mega Armor model kits. This one happens to be the "plated" (a.k.a. shinily painted) version. These kits are insanely cool. When I was really young, there used to be a store nearby that had the majority of them in stock. They had iX, Black Zero, EX Armor X and Zero, All Armor X, Vile, TenguMan, Swordsman, and even the Ride Armor. It was a magic time. ._.

Being the MegaMan geek that I am, I had to get myself a Progress PET. It's my favorite model next to the Plug-In PET (from EXE 3). I even got a bunch of chips for it.

I still have my Advanced PET from back when the EXE came stateside (and got butchered). I battled my friend quite a few times with this thing. Good times.

Still got my chips for the Advanced PET too.

These figures come from the Rockin' Box, which I believe was released around the time the second season of the EXE anime(which took place after the N1 grand prix episodes, but before Axess). I remember wanting to get this when I was a kid when it first came out. Had to wait a while, but it was worth it. The figures are pretty cool.

This is MegaMan.EXE, from the Battle Plaction line of model kits by Takara. The Battle Plaction kits look cool, and even come with Advanced Battle Chips! You can even bust viruses (and friends)!

This is my new roomie, I found him at a Six Flags amusement park, just hanging around. Being the MegaMan geek that I am he was immediately won and brought home. I never knew they made MegaMan Powered Up plush toys though. I wonder if they had one for Roll?

I got a lot of new reading material over the last few months, and some of these I've been meaning to add to my collection for a while. There's also a few games in here too, which have been eating away at my free time.

... but nothing kills my free time like Persona 4. This game has instantly become one of my favorite games. I'm so glad I found a copy with the bonus disc! Now I can listen to Reach Out to the Truth wherever I can go. =D

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm running out of room to horde my collectibles here in the lab... but y'know, it's not like I've been spending ALL my time on collectibles though...

    1. The funny part, is that at the time this was posted, I'd only ever played Blue Moon lol.

I really would like a Blue Moon Ray. Oh, and a Variable Sword too! I did heaps damage with that thing in EXE 2 and 3. It's my favorite chip!
